OCD Support Groups
FEEL alone in your OCD struggle? Consider yourself warmly invited to attend our peer support-group. In an anonymous, confidential environment, we discuss a range of OCD-related topics--from relationships and self-care to stress management and recovery burnout. We do not fix each other. Instead, we listen and connect from a place of shared experience.
